Following the successful implementation of the eLearning module at Hotel Soco, there was a need for a quick-access Job Aid document to provide employees with essential information and procedures.
I began by collecting and organizing the key information to ensure it was both clear and comprehensive. To create the document, I used Adobe InDesign to design a practical and user-friendly layout. Adobe Illustrator was utilized to craft engaging visuals that complemented the content. Additionally, Canva was employed to integrate design elements that enhanced the overall aesthetic and functionality of the Job Aid.
Once the initial design was completed, the document underwent a thorough review process to ensure accuracy and usability. Feedback from stakeholders was incorporated to refine the final version. After finalizing the document, it was distributed to employees, providing them with a valuable resource to support their use of the new eLearning module and facilitate easy access to essential procedures and information.
