The DND faced challenges with their outdated onboarding process, which lacked clear and engaging content to effectively communicate essential information to new employees. They needed a comprehensive solution to streamline and modernize the training experience, but the timeline for the delivery was tight.
The solution was an interactive eLearning module created with Rise, offering a clear and engaging overview of the training program, including detailed insights into roles, responsibilities, and daily tasks.
The project began with a needs analysis to identify specific requirements. I consulted with DND to understand their key challenges and objectives. Based on this, I crafted a storyboard to structure the content effectively and ensured all critical aspects were covered. Collaborative sessions with subject matter experts refined the content and design for accuracy and relevance.
Using Rise, I developed the module with engaging visuals and scenarios that supported the learning goals. The module was rigorously tested to ensure effectiveness and usability, with feedback guiding final adjustments. This approach guaranteed the module met the desired outcomes and facilitated a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
