HR was facing a tough situation during a particularly stressful time and needed a quick fix to help employees handle stress better. The goal was to create something that would offer immediate support and practical advice. So, I came up with a stress relief ideas generator using Storyline 360. It includes over 50 actionable tips designed to give employees instant help and practical strategies for managing stress.
The project kicked off with a deep dive into the stress-related challenges employees were facing. I reviewed existing resources, identified gaps, and gathered data through surveys, interviews, and observations to figure out what stressors were most common and what stress relief methods employees preferred.
Next, I researched effective stress management strategies and consulted with a well-being expert to make sure the content was spot-on. With all this information, I put together a storyboard to map out the project and developed the generator in Storyline 360, using visuals created in Adobe XD and Photoshop.
We then tested the generator for usability and effectiveness, making adjustments based on the feedback to ensure it met its goals. Once finalized, it was rolled out to support employees during the peak stress period, providing them with immediate and practical stress management solutions.
