GAC needed a certification and training module for new testers working with Diplomats. The challenge was to create an effective and concise training solution within budget constraints.
I began by collaborating with SMEs to gather insights into the specific needs of new testers and the context of their work with Diplomats. This led to the creation of a detailed storyboard, which mapped out the module’s content and flow effectively.
Using H5P, I developed interactive elements, such as knowledge checks and quizzes, to reinforce learning and assess understanding. These elements were integrated into the Moodle platform to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
Visuals were designed with Adobe XD and Photoshop, and audio content was produced using Voice Maker. After developing the module, I conducted thorough testing to ensure its functionality and user experience. This approach ensured a cost-effective, focused training solution that clearly defined learning goals and included effective knowledge checks to meet the needs of new testers. Finally, I made necessary refinements based on feedback and successfully deployed the module.
